Being a working mom is a constant juggling act, isn’t it?
Time becomes a luxury as you tirelessly work to balance your professional and personal life. Dreams and ambitions often take a backseat as you catch your breath, trying to manage the necessities. You may even feel like you’re losing touch with the vibrant, ambitious woman you once were.
The moments of respite you do find often lead to exhaustion rather than exhilaration. And yet, the relentless voice in your head pushes you: “Keep going, there’s so much yet to do.”
As a result, you may feel swamped, anxious, and filled with self-doubt. You yearn for a balanced family life, flexibility defines your career, and an unflagging spirit fills you with the fulfillment of your dreams. But the path to this life seems obscured, and doubt starts to creep in.

Hi, I am Carolina and….
I empower ambitious working moms like you to create breathing space, allowing joy, energy, and fulfillment to flow.
Are you feeling stuck in a cycle of confusion, not knowing your core values, and hence, unable to prioritize your life? Or perhaps, you’ve been harsh on yourself, preventing the self-compassion needed to attain your goals. Your mind, unmanaged, runs wild.
What you need is clarity on your core values and decision-making based on them. You need to nourish your body and mind with rest, nutrition, and sunshine, while staying curious and questioning the thoughts swirling in your head.
I’VE been in your Shoes….
With over 20 years as an executive in Fortune 5 companies, I was my own toughest critic. Striving to please everyone and work harder, I didn’t question the self-talk. After four grueling years of fertility treatments, when my children finally arrived, I felt even more stretched, terrified of missing out on precious moments at home and work.
Exhaustion, self-doubt, fear of failure, perfectionism – I was familiar with them all. Unable to be fully present for my children, I felt defeated and shame-ridden.
Then, I found a life coach. This led to curiosity, understanding my values, needs, and desires. I challenged old beliefs, trusted myself more, and offered myself grace during setbacks. I focused on what truly mattered, managing my feelings better, and learned to value my physical wellbeing with rest and exercise.
This transformation led me to the joyful, energetic, and fulfilling life I’d always dreamed of.
Why trust me?
As a working mom and a coach, I’ve walked this path and guided many women towards their transformation. I understand the unique challenges of balancing motherhood and career in a society that often falls short in supporting us.
My approach differs from many life coaches out there. I work exclusively with ambitious working moms. Rather than prescribing a one-size-fits-all strategy, I believe in empowering you to make your own decisions by giving you the best tools available. I help you make choices that align with your personality, strengths, and life stage, ensuring you stay consistent and achieve results. I am there to support you on this journey.
Together, we can build the life you want, enabling you to fully experience and enjoy all aspects of it.

6 Random Things About Me
My friends describe me as a joyful magnetic connector. I tend to be the get together planner – sometimes to concerts like P!nk (love her), spa days, yoga, book club or just to hang out wherever.
Off the beaten path travel is my jam. I love undiscovered places that make you question everything you know, seeing how people live in different cultures, and discover different cuisine.
I am a Peloton addict. I have had my bike since 2019 and my tread since 2021. Since that time I have completed almost 3500 classes.
I quit a 10 cup a day coffee habit about 12 years ago and now only drink tea in the mornings. Earl grey is my favorite and I try different varieties whenever I can.
My amazing husband and I religiously go on a weekly date. Sometimes it’s just 45 minutes on a walk but it has allowed our relationship to blossom and gives us much needed adult time.
My kids are embryonic twins. After four years of trying to conceive and too many too count IVF failures – I had my son and two years later my daughter. He and his sister were in the same cycle and I tell them they met first in a petri dish.
